A little pedestrian cut-through in Longton.
Ramsey Street (Mout Pleasant, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent) - Black-on-white, high up on a white wall.
Whether or not this is a streetsign is perhaps debateable, as it's actually a flagstone set into the towpath of the Trent and Mersey canal. There are a few of these as the canal makes its way through Trentham, and they mark pedestrian (or cyclist) entry ways to the canal from the road named.
Hope Street or Stryd Hope: a bilingual English/Welsh street name sign in Cardiff.
Mayflower Street, Plymouth. Named after the fact that the Mayflower sailed from Plymouth, though this street is not actually anywhere near the port.
